The LifeTour Dreamland project continues, the initiative that tells and promotes the deep connection between Prosecco DOC and its territory, promoting the nine provinces of the denomination as excellent destinations from a cultural, landscape and food and wine point of view.
The initiative aims to strengthen the Prosecco DOC/Territory combination, contributing both to the protection of the denomination and to the international promotion of the excellences that characterise the production areas. LifeTour Dreamland takes the public on a journey to discover the provinces of Prosecco DOC thanks to the involvement of digital creators, guided by Adua Villa, who select and tell the five must-see experiences in each destination following the concept: must see, must try, must eat & drink, must sleep and don’t miss.
The first stages of the project in 2025
The first shoots, carried out on 7 and 8 July 2025, featured creator Emanuele Ferrari, together with Adua Villa, discovering Treviso and Padua.
Treviso
In Treviso, the capital of Prosecco DOC, the story took Emanuele and Adua through canals, history and conviviality. The itinerary included the historic centre crossed by the cagnani, the wheels of the ancient mills, the fish market island and the places mentioned by Dante in the Divine Comedy.
The discovery of the city also passed through its gastronomic tradition, among cicchetti and aperitifs in the city centre’s osterias, accompanied by Prosecco DOC, traditional dishes and the Tiramisù of Le Beccherie, where the famous dessert was invented. For after-dinner, the journey continued to Cloakroom and Boss Hogg.
Among the experiences to try, a bike ride along the Restera, the cycle path along the Sile with Treviso Bike, which can reach Jesolo. Also not to be missed is the curious Fontana delle Tette, which in the past could pour wine instead of water. For the stay, the project selected Palazzina 300, in Piazza dei Signori, and Loggia al Duomo, with a view of the Cathedral.
Padua
In Padua, Adua Villa and Emanuele Ferrari told the story of a city where art, history and everyday life come together among arcades, squares and aperitifs.
The itinerary included Prato della Valle, Piazza dei Signori, Sotto il Salone and Piazza delle Erbe, the heart of the city markets, as well as Caffè Pedrocchi, where you can enjoy a break with Prosecco DOC and the famous Padua tramezzini. Among the experiences to try, an aperitif at Portello and a “sidereal” experience at the Astronomical Observatory of Padua.
Some of the city’s landmarks were also included, such as the Scrovegni Chapel and the Botanical Garden, as well as the Sherwood Festival. For the stay, the story suggested Padova Suites, with a view of the Basilica of Saint Anthony, and Casa Camilla, surrounded by greenery.
The journey then continued to Trieste and Pordenone, where Adua Villa, together with Erica and Nicola (@onderoaders), told the story of two destinations united by a strong cultural heritage and an authentic identity.
Trieste
In Trieste, the itinerary highlighted the charm of a city where the sea, history and different cultures meet. The journey included Piazza Unità d’Italia, Molo Audace, the statues of James Joyce and Umberto Saba and Miramare Castle.
Gastronomy also played a central role, from the sandwich with smoked cooked ham and horseradish at Buffet da Pepi to an aperitif with a view at the Prosecco DOC Terrace at Pier The Roof. Among the experiences to try, the historic tram to Opicina, from which you can admire the Gulf of Trieste, while the Barcolana in October is one of the events not to be missed.
For the stay, the project identified the Victoria Hotel Letterario, linked to the history of James Joyce, and Tivoli Portopiccolo, built into the rock.
Pordenone
In Pordenone, on the other hand, the itinerary highlighted the perfect balance between Friulian tradition and contemporary creativity.
The story passed through the historic centre and Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, with its Venetian architecture, to the Ponte di Adamo ed Eva, and then continued along the banks of the Noncello, among nature and views of the city.
Among the experiences not to be missed are the Palazzo del Fumetto, Pordenonelegge and Rampy Park, while to discover the flavours of the area the itinerary stopped at the Vecia Ostaria del Moro and Pasticceria Peratoner. For sleeping, the selected structures are Villa Luppis and B&B Dante.
2026: Udine, Gorizia, Venice and Belluno
In 2026, the project continued with four new stages dedicated to the territories of North-Eastern Italy.
The first shoots, carried out from 1 to 3 July 2026, featured Jacopo Becchetti, who together with Adua Villa explored Udine and Gorizia, telling their history, traditions, landscapes and flavours.
Udine
In Udine, the story took the public through Venetian squares, art, gastronomic traditions and nature. The journey started from Piazza della Libertà, one of the most beautiful Venetian-style squares on the mainland, with the Loggia del Lionello, the Clock Tower and the Loggia di San Giovanni, and then continued to Casa Cavazzini, museum of modern and contemporary art, and Piazza Matteotti, the living room of the city and the heart of its nightlife.
Great space was also given to the flavours of the area, from the frico of Trattoria Ai Frati to the legendary cjarsòns of Osteria al Cappello, ravioli with a characteristic sweet and sour taste, up to gubana, a typical Friulian dessert with walnuts, raisins, pine nuts and orange peel, naturally to be enjoyed with a glass of Prosecco DOC. For lovers of cured meats, the journey also leads to San Daniele del Friuli, home of the famous ham of the same name.
Among the experiences to try, an excursion to the Cornino Lake Nature Reserve, a paradise for griffons, among woods, rocky walls and crystal-clear waters. Not to be missed is the climb to Udine Castle through the Loggiato del Lippomano, one of the most evocative walks in the city. For the stay, the proposals are the Ambassador Hotel, just a few steps from the historic centre, and La Locanda al Castello, a fascinating manor house in the hills of Cividale del Friuli.
Gorizia
The second part of the journey took place in Gorizia, a border city between Italy and Slovenia where history, cultures and Central European traditions meet, in the heart of the Prosecco DOC territory.
The itinerary included Piazza della Vittoria, at the foot of the Castle, dominated by the Church of Sant’Ignazio and the eighteenth-century Neptune Fountain, as well as Gorizia Castle, the Synagogue and Palazzo Coronini Cronberg, a historic noble residence surrounded by a beautiful park.
Gastronomy allowed the discovery of two specialities of the Central European tradition: Gorizia gnocchi, with a sweet heart of plums or damsons, at Antica Trattoria “Alla Luna”, and the classic goulash at Atmosfere La Stua.
Among the experiences to try, an afternoon of sport and relaxation at Marina di Monfalcone, home to the prestigious Red Bull Sailing Academy, where, in the breaks between one regatta and another, the Prosecco DOC Shockwave3 boat is moored. A toast on the terrace with a glass of Prosecco DOC is not to be missed.
Also not to be missed is the Digital Art Gallery, an innovative immersive digital art space with 100 metres of tunnel covered with LED walls, and Piazza Transalpina, where you can stand with one foot in Italy and one in Slovenia, a symbol of the fall of the borders that once divided the city. For the stay, the project proposes the Grand Hotel Entourage, an elegant 15th-century noble residence in the centre of the city, and La Casa di Alice in Cormons, where farming tradition, comfort and contemporary design come together.
Venice
In Venice, the story took the public through the calli, canals and iconic views of the Serenissima, alternating symbolic places and authentic addresses.
The itinerary included St. Mark’s Square, with the Basilica, Doge’s Palace and the Campanile, the Rialto Bridge with its shops, the Bridge of Sighs, the Squero di San Trovaso, one of the oldest Venetian boatyards, and the spectacular Scala Contarini del Bovolo. Among the curiosities, also the Libreria Acqua Alta, among gondolas, books and four-legged guardians.
Among the experiences to try, a visit to the Schiavon glassworks in Murano, where glass comes to life in the hands of master glassmakers, a romantic gondola ride through the canals and a stop at the Kartaruga mask atelier, also famous for its film collaborations.
Venetian gastronomic tradition was told through cicchetti in the bacari, from baccalà to saor, to be tried at Cantina Do Spade or Dai Zemei. For an aperitif, space for a Select or Cynar Spritz at Bacarando in Corte dell’Orso. And naturally the Bellini, born from the combination of Prosecco DOC and white peach purée, to be enjoyed at Café des Arts.
Finally, the video mapping of the Accademia Immersiva is not to be missed, an experience that combines art and technology in a fascinating setting. For the stay, the project selected Hotel Pesaro Palace, for a stay among Venetian elegance and a view of the Grand Canal, and My Venice Boutique Hotel, located in a 16th-century palace with a sophisticated charm.
Belluno
In Belluno, the journey told the meeting between the Dolomites, local culture and mountain flavours.
The historic centre, with its more than 260 fountains, true works of art dating back to the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, was the starting point for exploring the city and the area, up to the Naturalpina botanical garden, for a full immersion among the scents of aromatic herbs.
Among the experiences to try, a horseback ride in Agordino, the green heart of the Belluno Dolomites, and an excursion in Cansiglio, one of the largest beech forests in Europe, where you can also admire a spectacular centuries-old beech tree.
Gastronomy is also a protagonist in Belluno, with Pastin, a typical speciality, a glass of Prosecco DOC on the terrace of the Hotel Astor, with a view of the Piave and the Dolomites, and a cocktail at Speakeasy 1920, among the atmospheres of the clandestine bars of the Prohibition era.
A visit to Cortina d’Ampezzo is not to be missed, historic venue of the 1956 Winter Olympic Games and, together with Milan, one of the venues of the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, of which Prosecco DOC was Official Sparkling Wine Sponsor.
For the stay, the proposals are la Casera Cornolera in Chies d’Alpago, immersed in nature and silence, and the agriturismo Villa di Modolo, surrounded by Glera vineyards, between rural charm and modern comfort.
The next steps
The LifeTour Dreamland journey will continue with the final stage dedicated to the province of Vicenza. Once again, Adua Villa will be joined by creator Ilaria Cappuccini, accompanying the public on a journey to discover the cultural, landscape and food and wine excellences of the Vicenza area, thus completing the story of the nine provinces of the Prosecco DOC denomination.
With the Vicenza stage, the LifeTour Dreamland journey through the nine provinces of the denomination will come to an end, a story that highlights the richness and variety of a territory where culture, landscape, traditions and gastronomy intertwine with the identity of Prosecco DOC.
