Through the adoption of the Code of conduct, the Consorzio intends answering to its stakeholders’ needs, building and maintaining with them relationships based on trust. The Code of conduct promotes and asks its recipients behaviours oriented towards not only the respect of the laws, but mainly to openness, equity and quality. Its aim is to favour the Consorzio’s reliability towards all the interested subjects, first of all the associated, those who undergo the control system and the public policy makers.

Equity and Openness
The Consortium assures a fair treatment, Il Consorzio garantisce un trattamento equo and the appreciation of the differences, to whom have contact with the institution. For this reason, the behaviours carried out, are inspired by the values of objectivity, impartiality, kindness and care. To all the players getting in contact with the Consorzio, both public and private, clear, certain and complete information are guaranteed.
Impartiality

The Consorzio works with an impartiality aim in all its areas of interest. Moreover, the institution acts to guarantee to all the associates and all the stakeholders of the control system, equal opportunities for their development and promotion.

Sharing of value
All the activities of the Consorzio, are addressed to the creation of value both for the associates or the players of the control system. Our aim is to help them to empower their managing, economic and social performance. Throughout its actions, the Consorzio aims to achieve a sustainable development of the local communities where it works with.
Legality and responsibility
The respect of all the rules is an essential requirements for all the activities of the Consorzio. The institution is, for its own aim, called to promote legal and responsible behaviors among its players. It will be never justified, under any circumstance, a non compliant behavior.
