Prosecco DOC in which the perlage is absent.
Prosecco DOC with a light and less persistent perlage.
Prosecco DOC Rosé represents the evolution of a world-famous wine. It is produced only in the Spumante typology and in the drier versions: from Brut Nature to Extra Dry.
It is the most well-known and widespread type, with a fine and persistent perlage. Depending on the sugar content, Prosecco DOC Spumante can be Brut Nature, Extra Brut, Brut, Extra Dry, Dry, or Demi-sec.
