Ingredients:
- 10 ml of Grappa
- 20 ml of Rosehip cup
- 5 ml of cane sugar syrup
- 75 ml of Prosecco DOC brut
- Orange zest
- Ice cubes
This drink can be prepared directly into the glass.
Alessandro suggests to always cool the glass beforehand with lots of ice. This will keep your drink cool and prevent the ice from melting too quickly and dilute your drink. (Throw away residual water)
Pour sequentially the Grappa, the Rosehip cup and the syrup in the glass. Stir to mix the liquids.
Top up with the Prosecco DOC and gently stir the drink (only to avoid losing bubbles).
To garnish, the Maestro suggests a simple orange zest. Make sure to squeeze it on top of your glass to maximise the aroma released by the essential oils.
Enjoy straight away.
