In this regard, fine dining is an ace in the hole for transforming the perception of bubbles from \u201cparty wine\u201d to \u201cwine for the whole meal\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Another obvious consideration: who better than fine dining itself can talk about fine dining?<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, who better than the ma\u00eetres, the sommeliers, the managers or owners of the restaurants can narrate intangible yet essential aspects such as attention, hospitality, care, which \u2013 together with the cuisine \u2013 make the customer experience unique?<\/p>\n<p>With the aim of\u00a0<strong>valuing the relationship between Prosecco DOC and fine dining<\/strong>, we have created a\u00a0<strong>real narrative path<\/strong>\u00a0aimed at enhancing wine in the storytelling of the stars of fine dining: starting with\u00a0<strong>Sara Squarzoni<\/strong>, owner with husband\u00a0<strong>Federico Chignola<\/strong>\u00a0of\u00a0<strong>La Casa degli Spiriti in Costermano sul Garda<\/strong>, in the province of Verona, a \u201cbalcony on the lake\u201d where you can enjoy dishes that combine colors and local flavors wisely combined with Prosecco DOC.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style
