He has with him a book of sculptures by Canova, and he leafs through\u00a0it\u00a0contemplating Hebe and other sculptures, as his mind wanders.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/prosecco-wine.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com\/inline-images\/4_1.jpg\" alt=\"Cantiniere\" width=\"927\" height=\"522\" data-entity-type=\"file\" data-entity-uuid=\"ff78cba5-4177-45e2-acc3-a299c0d78cba\" data-responsive-image-style=\"responsive\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>There, in that moment, he sees a block of marble, resembling a meteorite\u00a0illuminated by a light from above.\u00a0Stunned in amazement, he approaches, looking around.<\/p>\n<p>The marble is infused with the energy of Antonio Canova who has chosen to\u00a0celebrate the bicentennial of his death with an unusual gift. We know how artists\u00a0are.<\/p>\n<p>The moment the cellarman\u00a0touches the marble&#8230;we are transported to the late eighteenth century: Antonio Canova moves in\u00a0search of inspiration, every artist has to deal with hesitations, regrets,\u00a0inspirations and\u00a0electric shocks of inspiration.<\/p>\n<p>Idea and matter. A kind of short circuit.<\/p>\n<p>The hand that touches the marble is the same that carves it, the hand can prune\u00a0and the hand can sculpt. It is subtracting the superfluous and arriving at the\u00a0essence. This is how Prosecco was born. There is a lot of work in the vineyard\u00a0before seeing the bubbles sparkle.<\/p>\n<p>Leaving the present we find ourselves in the time of Canova. It is a journey of\u00a0vision because image is\u00a0memory, memory is spirit and the spirit travels through\u00a0time. In the laboratory marble leaps, moves, the material dances, Canova is\u00a0sculpting Hebe, daughter of Zeus and Hera, cup-bearer of Olympus.<\/p>\n<p>The sculptor and the sculpture.<br \/>\nThe sculpture is not inert matter, it can live. A dance as beautiful\u00a0and bright as a sunny\u00a0day.\u00a0The same dance that takes place in a glass of Prosecco, producing emotions and\u00a0images. The wine that dances in the glass brings us back to the cellar.<\/p>\n<p>The block of marble is still there, the cellarman\u00a0looking at it in amazement. He\u00a0decides to see what&#8217;s inside. The marble box reveals a bottle of Prosecco, a light\u00a0illuminates its contents while the cellar hand receives as a gift what he himself\u00a0created.<\/p>\n<p>He realized that seeing the enormous wealth of art in everyday life is not outside\u00a0of us, but means making life more splendid and more beautiful every day.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
