Consorzio di Tutela del Prosecco DOC has launched its first \u201cProsecco DOC x\u00a0Restaurants\u00a0Campaign\u201d in Hong Kong, teaming up with some of the city\u2019s best restaurants and hotels to bring Prosecco DOC to life and promote Italy\u2019s beloved aperitif and\u00a0food\u00a0tradition to Hong Kong\u2019s food and wine lovers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Joining the line-up is:\u00a0Limewood<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Sip Song<\/a>,<\/strong>\u00a0from Hong Kong\u2019s leading restaurant group Maximal Concepts; award-winning Italian restaurants including\u00a0Giando\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>and\u00a0Cucina<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0from Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel and\u00a0Casa<\/a>;<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Ven\u00e9dia<\/strong><\/a>, sister Michelin-starred restaurant Octavium.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

From late November to early December each restaurant involved in the campaign will present a delectable and exclusive antipasti menu paired with a Prosecco DOC.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
