Milan, July 2026<\/strong> \u2013 The first stage of the Prosecco DOC Chef Residency<\/strong> has come to a close. This project, promoted by the Prosecco DOC Consortium in collaboration with Tuorlo, was created to transform the kitchen into a space for research, training, and cultural exchange.<\/p>\n

The first residency placed Brazil<\/strong> at the center of this journey, demonstrating how a single week can change the way we view a cuisine. For nine days, chefs, professionals, and young talents shared techniques, ideas, ingredients, and perspectives, fostering an authentic dialogue between different culinary traditions.
\nLeading this experience were Chef Mauricio Zillo<\/strong> and food consultant Danilo Nakamura<\/strong>, who guided participants on a journey of discovery through Brazilian culinary culture, exploring not only its flavors but also the rituals, customs, and meanings that make the dining table a place of connection.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Born from a simple question\u2014what happens when different culinary cultures sit down at the same table?<\/strong>\u2014the Prosecco DOC Chef Residency found a concrete answer during its first residency: taste becomes a common language, the kitchen a space for exchange, and conviviality a tool for forging new connections.<\/p>\n

The program concluded with a closing dinner conceived and prepared collaboratively by the Resident Chefs and the young participants. More than just a menu, it was the story of a week of exploration and experimentation, in which the flavors of Brazilian tradition met the sensibilities, techniques, and local products of Italy, accompanied by the diverse expressions of Prosecco DOC.<\/p>\n

A heartfelt thank you goes to Populus<\/strong>, whose music set the pace and atmosphere for the evening; to Tavolata<\/strong> for the decorations that helped make the experience even more immersive; and to the Maestro Martino Association<\/strong> for sharing the talents of its masterclass participants along with all the students involved.<\/p>\n
