This project, promoted by the Prosecco DOC Consortium in collaboration with Tuorlo, was created to transform the kitchen into a space for research, training, and cultural exchange.<\/p>\n<p>The first residency placed <strong>Brazil<\/strong> at the center of this journey, demonstrating how a single week can change the way we view a cuisine. For nine days, chefs, professionals, and young talents shared techniques, ideas, ingredients, and perspectives, fostering an authentic dialogue between different culinary traditions.<br \/>\nLeading this experience were Chef <strong>Mauricio Zillo<\/strong> and food consultant <strong>Danilo Nakamura<\/strong>, who guided participants on a journey of discovery through Brazilian culinary culture, exploring not only its flavors but also the rituals, customs, and meanings that make the dining table a place of connection.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-14212\" src=\"https:\/\/www.prosecco.wine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/7-240x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"319\" height=\"399\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.prosecco.wine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/7-240x300.png 240w, https:\/\/www.prosecco.wine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/7-819x1024.png 819w, https:\/\/www.prosecco.wine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/7-768x960.png 768w, https:\/\/www.prosecco.wine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/7.png 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 319px) 100vw, 319px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Born from a simple question\u2014<strong>what happens when different culinary cultures sit down at the same table?<\/strong>\u2014the Prosecco DOC Chef Residency found a concrete answer during its first residency: taste becomes a common language, the kitchen a space for exchange, and conviviality a tool for forging new connections.<\/p>\n<p>The program concluded with a closing dinner conceived and prepared collaboratively by the Resident Chefs and the young participants.
