\n16 purple Sanremo prawns \u2013 50 g shelled peas \u2013 200 g pea pods \u2013 30 g shallot \u2013 50 g butter \u2013 30 g white wine \u2013 50 g cream \u2013 30 g Beluga Amur caviar \u2013 30 g spring onion oil \u2013 salt \u2013 nasturtium leaves and flowers<\/p>\n
