Tasting and conserving

Prosecco DOC should be enjoyed young to truly savour its aroma and flowery, fruity flavour.

The best time to drink Prosecco DOC is one year after the harvest.

Bottles should be kept in a cool, dry place, at a constant temperature and away from heat and light.

What glass should I use? A fairly large tulip glass is ideal. But we are all free to drink as we wish and so should not be too fussy.

Contrary to common belief, the flute is not suitable because it does not allow the bouquet to be released.

Serve chilled between 6 and 8 degrees.
